Please, feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am- 12:00pm.

1. You MUST call in large or out of the ordinary items such as: appliances, furniture, carpet and construction debris. There may be extra charges that apply for these types of materials.

2. Effective 4-1-11 all yard waste will be $1.00/bag. Yard waste MUST be in the brown paper yard waste bags.  You MUST call the office ahead of time for all yard waste pick up.

3. We recommend placing your trash out the night before your scheduled pick-up day. All trash must be out by 5:00AM. We will not return to pick up trash that is not set out on time.

4. You may have up to (4) 30-gallon trash cans or (12) 13-gallon kitchen size bags. If you use our 95-gallon cart rental you may have an additional 30-gallon trash can or (3-4) kitchen size bags.

5. Superior Sanitation will not be held liable or responsible for damage to trash cans that are not the property of Superior Sanitation.

6. Sharing will not be permitted; one household per account.

7. If a Holiday falls on a weekday (M-F) there is a one day layover the remainder of that week.

8. We observe (6) holidays; New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

9. We offer a recycling program which requires the use of special 30-gallon recycling bags. These bags come in 10 packs ($12.50 per 10 pack) which can be delivered to your home. The bag fee is the only cost to you for the recycling.

10. For your convenience we accept (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) over the phone, online. We still accept check by mail as usual.

11. You must call to cancel your account and set up at last pick up date. No refunds if you cancel in the middle of a quarter.

Recycling Guidelines
