1. You MUST call in large or bulk items such as: appliances, furniture and carpet. There may be extra charges that apply for these types of items.

2. We can pick-up two(2) yard waste bags per week at no charge. If you want more than two(2) picked up you must call the office ahead of time because we charge $1.00 / bag after two(2).
|
|
3. We recommend placing your trash out the night before your scheduled pick-up day. All trash must be at the curb by 5:00am. We will not return to pick up trash that is not set out in time.

4. You may have 2-4 cans or 10-12 kitchen bags out for pick up if you choose to use your own cans and bags. If you choose to rent our 95 gallon curb cart you may have 1 can or 2-4 kitchen bags in addition to our curb cart.

5. Our policy is one household per account. Sharing will not be permitted!
|
|
6. If a holiday falls on a weekday (M-F) there is a one day layover the remainder of the week.
|
|
7. We observe six(6) holidays; New Years Day, Memorial Day,4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
|
|
8. Recycling bags are available at $1.00 / bag. Each bags holds 30 gallons. Bags come in rolls of 10. (1 pack = $10.00)
|
|
9. If you would like to pay for one(1) whole year we can take off 10% of the total.
|
|
|
